1. Seřízení světla metalurgického mikroskopu
Levou rukou otočte šroubem pro hrubé nastavení, aby se tubus objektivu zvedl nebo nosná plošina dolů, a potom otočte konvertor objektivu tak, aby byla čočka s malým zvětšením zarovnána s plošinou držáku skrz otvor pro světlo (otáčení by mělo být opatrné, udělejte čočku objektivu nad chybějící rytinu a základnu pevné přezky), otevřete clonu, otočte zvedacím šroubem čočky kolektoru tak, aby zrcadlo kolektoru na horním konci roviny čočky bylo o něco níže než výška rovina nosné plošiny, dvě oči současně, při nastavování směru reflektoru, dokud není zorné pole světla rovnoměrné a jas mírný.
2. Metalografický mikroskopUmístění preparátu sklíčka

3. Metalografický mikroskopÚprava zaostření

When the object image appears in the field of view, adjust the fine adjustment screw until a clear object image appears in the field of view. If the object image is not in the centre of the field of view, move the slide specimen up and down, left and right (Note: the direction of movement of the slide is opposite to the direction of movement of the observed object image). If the distance between the lens and the specimen slice has exceeded the working distance when adjusting the focal length and the object image is not seen, then it should be reopened strictly according to the above steps.
